Cookies policy

Which cookies this website uses, what for, and how you can accept them, refuse them or change your mind at any time.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that the website stores in your browser when you visit it. It lets the site remember information between one visit and the next — for example, the decision you took about cookies themselves — or compile usage statistics. In this policy we also call «cookies» other similar techniques for storing information on your device.

Who is responsible

CLAVERIA ABOGADOS, S.L. · C/ Olivar 1, 2.º D, 28691 Villanueva de la Cañada (Madrid), Spain · secretaria@claveria-abogados.com · 91 811 75 75. The handling of any personal data obtained through cookies is described in our privacy policy.

The cookies this site uses

Necessary cookies (no consent required)

These are our own cookies, essential for the site to work and to remember the choice you make in the cookie notice. They are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI).

  • cmplz_banner-status, cmplz_policy_id, cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_consented_services (Complianz consent manager): record whether you have seen the notice and which categories you have accepted or refused. Duration: 365 days.
  • wp_consent_functional, wp_consent_preferences, wp_consent_statistics, wp_consent_statistics-anonymous, wp_consent_marketing (WP Consent API): pass your decision on to the rest of the site’s components so that they respect it. Duration: 365 days.

Statistics cookies (only if you accept them)

We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to understand in aggregate how the site is used: pages visited, where visits come from, type of device and length of visit. We use that to improve the content and the navigation. Google Analytics 4 does not record visitors’ full IP address.

  • _ga: distinguishes users anonymously by means of a random identifier. Duration: 2 years.
  • _ga_<identifier>: keeps the state of the analytics session. Duration: 2 years.

These cookies are only installed if you press «Accept all» or switch on the «Statistics» category under «View preferences».

Third-party content

The site embeds no videos, maps or other third-party content that installs cookies. The links to WhatsApp, to the telephone or to our site indemnizacionesclaveria.com are plain links: when you press them you move to a service with a cookies policy of its own.

How to accept, refuse or change your decision

On your first visit we show a notice with three options: Accept all, Refuse (only the necessary cookies are kept) or View preferences, to choose category by category. The site works the same if you refuse the statistics cookies. You can change your decision at any time from the «Manage consent» tab that appears at the bottom of the screen.

You can also delete or block cookies from your browser’s settings, in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you block all cookies, the notice may reappear on every visit.

Legal basis and retention

The necessary cookies are installed under article 22.2 LSSI, which exempts them from consent. The statistics cookies are based on your consent (article 22.2 LSSI and article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Your decision is kept for 365 days; after that, or if you delete the cookies, we will ask you to choose again. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability as explained in the privacy policy, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Updates to this policy

We will review this policy whenever the cookies used or the applicable rules change. Last updated: 16 September 2026.
